2 experienced pattern makers and 4 samples operators compose the pattern department et they work in a strict collaboration with the designers of the clients.. The fittings are made whether in internal or in external at the client's office with their appropriated model.
The pattern department develops the collections and the unit samples with a normalized base. It also realizes the materials lists and calculates the materials and the supplies uses.
It conceives the production technical files enclosing the essential points of the assembling, the quality, the measurements, the consumption of materials and supplies...
The pattern making is equipped with 5 softwares MODARIS MODEPRO V.5R2 from LECTRA for the creation and the development.
